DEMOLITION

Every commercial demolition project we work on has elements of risk. From our management through the field, we determine the appropriate means and methods to mitigate and eliminate risk elements. Whether it be environmental liability, public safety, or property damage we use solution based engineering to create a protection buffer. Regardless of the size of the project, be it large or small, we step into each project with a risk solution management.

FIVE KEY ELEMENTS

We take the client’s perspective seriously. With every project we review the five key elements to a job.

  1. Safety
  2. Schedule
  3. Environmental Liability
  4. Sustainability and Recycling
  5. Budget

After careful review with our clients, we listen to better understand how to place priority on these five key elements, with safety always first.

ENGINEERED DEMOLITION PLANS

Colorado Cleanup Corporation structures our teams to innovate at the highest level of design.

Demolition Values

Colorado Cleanup Corporation consistently meets our client’s goals with a great attitude, focus on schedule and solution orientation.
Throughout the project we work with all parties to ensure all have an understanding of the details. We believe open lines of communication insure efficiency and safety.

Specialized Equipment

CCC has an extensive fleet of specialized equipment, including three high reach excavators capable of reaching 145 feet in height. This equipment, paired with our own skilled operators, mechanics and welders enables us to handle demolition from the most challenging of jobs.

I think CCC’s involvement with all the team members enhanced the safety of this project. It was not done in a vacuum. Very much about team communication, safety and integrity of structure all being of #1 importance. Overall there was great participation from management, superintendents and the field crew.
Joe Farré , Sigma Engineering
The Mayor and City Manager were very impressed and pleased with how the team got the job done. It was a pleasure to work with the CCC professionals. They were very upfront and open to discussion about risk and how to mitigate those risks and did it on time and in budget.
